General terms and conditions of sale

- All orders must be placed directly on the www.ohmycookie.be website. Orders placed by e-mail or any other means of communication will not be taken into account.

- If the customer wishes to add an item to his order, he must place a new order with additional delivery charges. To avoid confusion and errors, orders will not be grouped.

- Orders placed may be cancelled within 24 hours of completion. Cancellation must be made in writing to the following address: ohmycookie@outlook.com After this period, the order will go into production mode and this process cannot be stopped. You can then return your package (at your expense) and expect a full refund after receipt and inspection.

- Each order received must be inspected within 72 hours of receipt. If an item is missing or defective, the customer must submit a written complaint to the following address: ohmycookie@outlook.com

After this period, no claim can be made concerning a missing or defective item.

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale in their entirety.

The user placing an order or making a purchase on the site is deemed to be of legal age and to be responsible for the act of purchase.

In the event of a case not covered by the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the distance selling rules of the European Union shall apply.
