Shipping policy
Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Rates are those indicated on the site at the time of order validation.
Packages can be sent to several countries, a list of which is available at checkout. For any other delivery destination not mentioned on the list, you can send your request by e-mail to ohmycookie@outlook.com, mentioning the country and region required. We will inform you of the possibilities and rates.
In the event of delivery of products outside Belgian territory, customs taxes and formalities are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise specified. The purchaser undertakes to check the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the territory of the country of delivery.
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order. You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided when you placed your order.
Oh my Cookie works in collaboration with the transport company BPOST for the routing of your parcels. Oh my Cookie reserves the right to change the transport company at any time.
Packages are presented a maximum of 2 times at the address indicated for delivery. Beyond this time, the parcel is re-routed to Oh my Cookie. If you wish a new shipment, you will be invoiced again for the shipping costs.
Oh my Cookie cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery.
Oh my Cookie makes every effort to ensure that products are properly packaged.
You must refuse delivery if the goods are damaged or missing, or if the package has been opened or repackaged.
Upon receipt of the parcel, the buyer must check :
- the conformity of the goods delivered ;
- indicate any anomaly on the delivery note in the form of a handwritten reservation accompanied by his/her signature.
- immediately notify the carrier and Oh my Cookie by e-mail: ohmycookie@outlook.com
If no complaint is made within 48 hours of delivery, or if the purchaser does not express any reservations, this means that the item delivered is deemed to be in conformity, and as such cannot be the subject of any subsequent dispute. In the event of a complaint, it is the purchaser's responsibility to provide full proof of the defects or shortcomings observed.
No complaint will be taken into account after this period.
No goods may be returned by the Customer without the prior express written consent of Oh my Cookie, obtained by e-mail. Products may only be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
In the event of late delivery, we advise you to check the status of your order directly online before contacting us, using the shipment number on the carrier's website. We invite you to inform us of any delay of one week in relation to the average delivery time observed, so that we can start an inquiry with the carrier.
Delivery times depend on the transport company BPOST and are generally between 1 and 2 working days for Belgium.
Oh my Cookie cannot be held responsible if a delivery does not proceed correctly because the customer did not provide an exact address or failed to mention address specifics. In the event of a need for a new delivery due to the customer's actions, the cost of this delivery will be charged to the customer. Oh my Cookie cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the concluded contract, due to the occurrence of a force majeure event or events such as lock-outs, strikes, total or partial work stoppages in the seller's factory or at its suppliers, epidemic, war, requisition, fire, flood, interruption or delay in transportation, legal or administrative measures preventing, restricting, delaying, or prohibiting the manufacture or importation of the merchandise, the seller is released from all liabilities upon delivery.
