FunCakes glucose syrup is suitable for a wide variety of sweet recipes, including desserts, confectionery, cakes and jams. Glucose syrup prevents any unwanted crystallisation of sugar and gives a softer consistency. It is perfectly suited to modelling chocolate, royal icing, fondant and sugar paste. The °Baume (Bè) of FunCakes glucose syrup is: 46.1°Bè.

The cookie cutters are made from PLA plastic. PLA deforms on contact with heat (from +/- 60 degrees). We advise you to hand wash them in lukewarm water and not to leave them in water that is too hot. It is impossible for PLA to deform in any other way. This problem is not covered by our product guarantee.
